WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of your appointment.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Cash or PayPal Goods & Services.
DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?
Please ensure your carpets are cleared as much as possible and any breakables removed.
Don’t worry as part of our standard service we will move chairs, sofas and tables around to clean where
they have been situated, and will replace them afterwards.
However we do ask that any heavier items of furniture be moved by yourself prior to our arrival or we can clean around them.
WHAT ABOUT PETS?
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

WILL ALL STAINS BE REMOVED?
We do our utmost to remove all stains, however we cannot guarantee complete stain removal as some stains
can be permanent colour changes to the carpet fibres e.g. bleach.
Some stubborn stains can be removed after repeated treatment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DRY?
Most carpets will be touch dry within 1-3 hour.s It is better to leave to dry thoroughly before walking on them.
DO I NEED TO BE IN?
No, we can clean your carpets whilst you are at work or on holiday.
We can arrange key collection or a key can be left with a friend or neighbour.

We can also come to do your cleans in the evenings and at weekends.
